Call for Papers!
TOWARDS A CYBER RESILIENT ICT NATION!
The Conference will be addressing ICT issues and challenges facing the Philippines as it pursues progressive ICT development for the Country. It will bring together professionals to discuss the latest trends in ICT, to showcase new technologies, and to provide training and educational opportunities for ICT practitioners in the Philippines.
The Theme of the Conference is “Towards A Cyber Resilient ICT Nation”. Share your ideas and contribute towards building the Philippines’ ICT resilient national network.
Are you an expert or thought leader in the ICT industry that we are looking for? Are you an experienced practitioner in cybersecurity, cloud computing and data management related technologies? We look forward to you joining us as a speaker and share your insight, expertise and experience and participate in robust discussions with the Philippine ICT community.
The Conference Program
The Conference will be a two-day program and will be focussing on three Tracks and cover the following Topics:

c. Addressing the Weakest Link. Can we Identify it?
d. E-Payments. How Far Can We Go to Reach the Masses Securely？

a. Understanding e-Governance for The Philippines
b. Embarking on A National Digitalization Program - Closing the Digital Gap.
c. The Private Sector – Its Importance in the ICT Development Program.
d. Can The Role of Artificial Intelligence Assist in The Digital Transformation in The Philippines?
3. ICT Infrastructure & Connectivity
a. The Hardwares & The Heartwares! Essential Ingredients in the ICT Recipe.
b. The Tower Industry – The Real Pillars to Connectivity?
c. Connectivity & Affordability – Managing the National Challenge.
d. Smart City and Energy Sustainability Management.
We invite you to be a speaker to participate in the Conference to address the developments of ICT Domain in the Philippines, both in the public and private sectors.
Speaker Guidelines
Structure and Format of the Conference
1. The Conference is an in-person Event and runs parallel with an Exhibition.
2. Speakers are to focus closely on the subject matter. No product or vendor related materials please.
3. The schedule for Paper Submission is as follows:
Call for Papers opens: 3 April 2023
Call for Papers closes: 15 August 2023
Confirmation to Speakers: From 15 August 2023
Submission of Actual Presentation Materials: By 20 August 2023
4. Each topic presentation is 30 minutes, including the Q & A.
Expression of Interest
1. Please indicate your interest to be our Speaker by completing the Call for Papers Form below and we shall get back to you. Your submission will be duly auto-acknowledged. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please contact us at conference@cybersphere.ph (Please check your Junk Folder first.)
2. When submitting your Paper, please note the following:
a. Avoid product or vendor related materials.
b. Presentations focused on the latest technologies are strongly encouraged.
c. Please ensure you include:
A Synopsis of approximately 150 words providing the main points of discussion;
Applicant’s biography of about 150 words;
Applicant’s recent high-resolution photograph of at least 300dpi.
(Please follow guidelines which we will send to you to submit your best picture.)
d. All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Committee and you will be notified accordingly whether your submission has been selected.
e. The Conference Committee reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions, Conference Contents and Schedule at any time without prior notice.
